Suggest trans line connect: 4l65e: tight space
Yeah, $45 is pricey.
I did say I was concerned aboutthe banjo being too close. But, that was considering routing the hose forward. I have since taken another look, and I could route the hose down then forward, or back some and forward.
The problem is the rear-most fitting is quite tight, so I'm thinking the banjo is needed.
Per your suggestion, maybe I should go ahead and order some 45s and see how they may fit. And of course, the problem with that is I can't put them in and test while the transmission is in (can't get that back one out, I don't think...but I may give that a good try again this weekend).
Bottom line is I do need to know what will work so I can put it in while the engine and trans is out.
I'll go over and look at more options and see what I can do. I guess the guy with the banjos is busy...maybe at a car show or something.
