Default 4l80e Slippage

I wanted to see if anyone out there has had a stall converter fail them before and what they experienced. My scenario is a 130k 80e from a Coke van in my Silverado (rebuilt sometime but have no idea when) and a 3200 stall in a RCSB lq4 Silverado with a few pounds of boost. I was out doing some rampaging and experienced a really weird 2-3 shift and bad slip Taking off and accelerating after that. I only drove it enough to data log all trans parameters after that to trouble shoot and it had really hard shifts with no codes. I kind of figured it was just the transmissions time so I tore it down after I checked idle pressure (~85) and to my surprise all clutches, bands, sprag, and low roller were good. All the clutch packs were hit with a set of feeler gauges and were within limits too. I have already sent the converter back to the manufacturer but I'm still pretty confused as to what happened. The fluid was really black as well.

Turns out it was the converter, something about the clutch and front cover being pretty trashed up but all is being fixed under warranty.
