I know you can tap into the abs to get the speedo to work. But I took the abs off the car. I just bought a th400 and the trans guy is telling me all I need is the plug end from the factory trans.... Is this correct ? Doesn't seem right to me

 

Need a reluctor ring and sensor plus the plug end
