Bad 2-3 shifts 4l60 So I have a 2005 silverado with a 4l60. I've been searching around and almost all the problems with 2nd to 3rd seem to be at wot and not shifting at all. So here's my problem. My trans shifts like new at wot all the way up to od. At less than quarter it shifts fine. However at quarter there is a huge delay and lag between 2nd and 3rd. It even pulses in and out of engagement of third while at about quarter throttle. Any ideas would be hugely appreciated. My first try is gonna be the tps, then ecu, and then unfortunately a new trans if I can't figure it out.

Has the ECM been scanned for codes? A faulty TPS sensor could cause your symptoms. If you don’t have the capabilities to use a scanner to check for codes and read sensor functions, then I would think you would be better off to take it to someone who can before you go replacing the transmission.
