No TCC lockup or 4th gear 4l80e

No TCC lockup or 4th gear 4l80e I swapped my 4l60e to a 80e and since I haven't had TCC lockup or OD. I had the PCM segment swapped for the 80e and done the wiring swap in the harness. However on my snap on scanner I can demand lockup and it will lockup. Also PCM is commanding 4th gear but trans doesn't shift. I have got the brake switch wired up to the TCC signal wire. I appreciate any help on diagnosing this issue or things to check.
