Default 2000 4L60E Interchange with 2005?

Hey guys and Girls, New to the Forum but not LS's . Hope Everyone is having a great day so far. I know I am

Question;
I have a 4L60E from a 2000 Silverado 4X4 with the 5.3 in great shape and was rebuilt not too long ago, And a 2005 Trailblazer 4X4 with the 4.2 & 4L60E, and the clutches are toasted. I pulled the pan off both and noticed subtle differences in the valve body and EPC solenoid/harness. Does valve body have to be swapped or can I drop it in the way it is?

Some 2005 vehicles had ISS (Input Speed Sensor) in the 4L60E; a non-ISS cannot be swapped into those. Can you determine if your have ISS? How many wires go to the trans connector? 13 is non-ISS, 15 is ISS.
If your 2005 is non-ISS, you can swap in the 2000 trans with no problems; the VB and EPC differences are a non-issue.
