Default will Spohn solid motor mounts work with 4l80 conversion on my 4th gen?

I am in the process of doing a 4l80 conversion for my 98 TA and wondering if the current Spohn solid motor mounts I have are still going to work? I am doubtful due the height these mounts give the motor and the needed BFH mods I will have to do to the transmission tunnel to clear the 4l80 in place. Anybody used these together?

I used to have Spohn solids with an 80E. Worked fine for me.

how much clearance issue did you have to get the 4l80 to fit in the tunnel? did you cut out a piece or just use a BFH?

Had to cut out a piece for the trans plug and use a BFH in other areas. It wasn't bad.

Sorry I don't. There should be some pictures floating around here showing where others have cut though.

That should explain where and why to cut. Also if your transmission is an older model with the larger ears, those will need to be chopped or grinded off.
