4l60e only first gear

4l60e only first gear I have a LS1/4l60e with only park, reverse, neutral and first gear with no error codes. Manual shifting makes no difference, still first gear only. After checking vss and tps (both good) I unplugged electrical connector on transmission trying to force limp mode and third gear but still only first gear.
Are there any other checks I can make or is a rebuild in order? Could it be a solenoid?

Did this problem suddenly start happening or did you do some transmission work?
You will be asked by others here about line pressure, so if you have a pressure gauge I'd go ahead and do that.
