Selling a 4l80e advice I'm in a position where I'm wanting to sell my auto, before I pull the trans I'm waiting on some new injectors I want to install and run the motor
What would a prospective buyer like to see as for function? The car is stands right now. I can take video of the unit going through all the gears and transbrake function, along with taking a microsquirt datalog. Is there anything else I can do before i pull it in a few weeks?

I guess it all depends on what you are asking for it, and if it was rebuilt, etc.
I would think a vid of you driving it, going thru the gears, and a pic of the fluid would work-of course, if the buyer uses an ECU not setup for it, you wont convince him it was OK, lol

Good idea on the fluid. I have a drain plug on the pan I installed and can drain some out
It's been rebuilt, James stage 3 setup with D3 brake and 284 miles on it
I'm swapping in a Glide, this car is more drag car than street car I thought it was going to be

Yes, as a buyer I would feel better if there was a recent video of the car accelerating briskly through the gears. Start the video with a picture of e.g. US Today newspaper or Time Magazine so that everyone knows it wasn't taken two years ago (*), then show the Speedometer and Tach as you run up the gears.
* I mention this because we had a thread where the OP became sure the seller's video was not recent.

I like that idea. I'm waiting on some injectors to install before the car comes apart for winter upgrades. The transmission maybe sold locally but I will get a current video of the setup running
