4l80e issue. need help I was racing the truck the other night on 15psi. Ran it through 1st fine shifted second and it seemed yo have slipped rpms didnt drop much so i shift 3rd same thing. So i let out. Pulled over and noticed trans fluid coming from the overflow vent line.
Creeped home with it but noticed that my gear indicater was bouncing and wouldnt stay in the commanded gear. I could try and go to 1st but it would command 2nd. Etc.
Well left it alone for a week. Tried it today and gear indicater wouldnt say anything past park. So i installed a good park/neutral switch i had and that seemed to fix that issue. Shows every gear as it should.
Well now its basicly slipping takes some throttle to move it. No so bad in reverse but it seems to come and go like it may be a pump issue. Fluid is full and pink. Vent not clogged. And seems to make a slight whine in park. Running a circle d 2b converter and hd2 shift kit as well.
I have hptuners so i can check some things if needed. What are your thoughts?
