i was trying to hook up my auto shifter cable today and was having some trouble. in my hayes manual it says to hook to shifter(thats done no problem there) then feed to trans put shifter in neutral and trans in neutral(thats done to) then line up cable bracket and mount. The only problem is the bracket is about a 1/4" off. Is the some way to adjust the cable lenth or move the bracket by some ajuster?
