my car is shaking badly i thought maybe i had a miss but now i think its the converter/flexplate or trans. the whole car shakes in 3rd gear no matter what speed but worse with more speed. overdrive shakes also when i get to about 55 plus.
my steering wheel shakes badly and so do the seats/ashtray. my trans was installed april 5th so im just barely still under warranty. i dont see how my steering wheel would shake from a trans issue, but its clear that when its in 3rd its the worst no matter what speed.
im going to call mitch at flp and see what he thinks but i wanted to get some opinions first. could it be my flexplate or 3-4 clutches? i do get vibration in park when revving also, but its a vibration and doesnt shake the car as bad as when im driving down the road. it seems to be getting worse.
