North Texas Converter Are they still in business? their website is up but i called the number listed and its out of service. I checked all their social media and anywhere else and its all the same phone number.
I have one of their converters and i need it restalled.

Since this is the 2nd or 3rd such thread in the past year, I suspect they have disbanded.
(This would not surprise an ex-sponsor here who personally told me their too-generous warranty promise was not sustainable.) Too bad - they were good guys who really wanted to provide great service.
One of the converter sponsors likely can restall your converter for a modest charge.

ok thanks. i was hoping to talk to them because its not doing what its supposed to(way too tight) and i wanted the builders thoughts on the situation. but i guess ill plow forward for now and contact another builder when im ready for some down time.

We re-stall TONS of other manufacturers converters all the time. Feel free to shoot it in to us and we'll take a look at it.

I just noticed where you are located. what are you odds of you being able to cut open and restall a converter in a day if i bring it to you?
Pretty good! We can put it in the line up first thing in the morning and have it done by the end of the day.
