If your buying a Circle D converter, You can run a 4L60E "Dished" flexplate.

Default similar question

This sounds like what I was going ask about , but found this while searching before I posted. I have a 4.8 with the 4l80e and bought a torque converter for it not knowing that the bolt patterns were different from the ls flex plate. The converter was built to be used on an ls motor with a 4l80e. Can I just swap in a ls flex plate and have everything line up?

Does this look like the right flexplate?
