Default 4l60e problems

i have a 93 chevy pickup, its a 5.7L 2wd with a 4l60e tans. my problem is when i take off in the truck at normal speed it will (dump) out of 1st gear into second, it will wind out to atleast 2500 rpm and shift really hard into second. then it wont shift into 3rd until it gets to 35mph and then wont shift into overdrive until it gets to 55mph. the twist is i just replaced the trans with a brand new one and its doing the exact same thing. the only sensor that hasnt been preplaced is the vss, vehicle speed sensor, oh and when i disconnect the battery and reset the ecm/pcm it works fine for a while but eventually starts doing the same thing. PLEASE HELP!!!!!!!!!!!
