Trans Controller
Trans Controller I may have to get a separate trans controller for my 4l80e to run beside my 411 ECM. Does any one care to share what would I have to eliminate or max out in the tune? Should I just segment swap a manual file?

I'm having trouble getting my 4l80e segment in 12216125 Flex Fuel OS to operate correctly. It's doing weird things like commanding my TC to constantly lock and unlock in 4th and lock in 3rd when it's tuned to not lock in 3rd at all. You can actually see the ECM in the logs command it. I've had quite a few people go over the trans tune to find nothing wrong.

I searched the HP Tuner repository & it only came up with 4L60E tunes for your OS, Are your sure the PCM you got your segment from has the same OS numbers? I'm not an expert tuner but I know you can get in trouble trying to segment swap using different OS's.
Does it have to be Flex Fuel? More info on the vehicle?
