Default 4l80e slamming into 2nd

Recently did a 4l80e swap into my 06 awd denali. Had a transgo kit Installed before install. Other than that transmission is bone stock ither than a circle d 3200 stall.

Well anyways, when it shifts into 2nd gear it slams pretty hard even if your driving normal. Only way i can get it to feel somewhat light is if I let off the gas as its about to shift and it feels ok but still a very firm shift. If you are doing a WOT pull it will dam near slam your head into the seat, and when it gets to temp its gets worse. The rest of the gears shift fine. My tuner and I have messed with it a lot but cant seem to get it to feel normal. It was worse but we have it dumbed down a bit.

Ive checked fluids, they are good. Im leaning towards the transgo kit installed wrong, but am open to other ideas as im no transmission guru. Appreciate any input, John.
