Should I replace this on 4l80e?

Quick question. I picked up a used 4l80e and I'm cleaning it up and replacing some things.

I got new speed sensors and neutral safety switch. Also bought a new oil pan gasket and filter.

Should I replace boot on the tail housing since it is cracked in a few spots?? Sorry, not sure exactly what it is called. To me it looks like just a protection for the yoke. But figured I would ask.

It keeps the grunge out of the seals, as I recall thats a fairly cheap part at my local supplier (6 states)

Yes I would change the tail housing seal. As said they are cheap and easer to change while out of the car.
