LS 4l60e connector voltages

I'm piecing together a LQ4/4L60E in to a '95 Camaro. I've put a few miles on it and it feels like the converter unlocks and locks in any gear when throttle is applied. From a dead stop if I nail it, it revs to the moon at the 1-2 shift. And would probably act the same at 2-3 I just never held it.
At light throttle cruise, it will lock in OD but with any more throttle it immediately unlock/(slips?). Feels like it does this in any gear.

I found this dwg online. Unknown if LS or not.
Disregard the red highlighted U. That was already on the dwg.

I'm not sure what your trying to do here??

If your using a "Breakout" method....Everything connected, Key on...........

Pin U should have Voltage if this is a PWM 4L60E, The other solenoids could/can be pulled Low by the PCM.

I had some voltage problems with the underhood fuse box. I was looking to see if the voltages I was reading seemed correct with key on engine off. I did forget to mention this is with the connector unplugged at the trans and reading the pins there.
This is a Performabuilt level 1.
