Default Failing Transmission??

So my 4L60e is grinding. I only hear it in low rpm (-2000) in first, in reverse and while slowing down between 10 and 20 mph. It started when I went on the dyno and had a tune which I guess doesn't like the 4L60e. Any suggestions on why or how this may of happened? I believe at this point it has to be rebuilt but what caused it? Thanks.
P.S- This is also my daily driver 2000 Camaro, that's pretty stock.

If it's actually in the transmission.....Torrington Bearing or Carrier Pinion Roller, 4L60E's will **** Torringtons from time to time.

Are you sure the differential isn't making noise?
