Adapter Housing Types

Adapter Housing Types
Does anyone know or have a list of which adapter housings go with which transfer cases?
I have an NP246 transfer case (4L60E Transmission, 4KCD) and I need to change the adapter housing that goes between the transmission and transfer case because it is cracked and leaking a lot of fluid. I've been replacing gasket after gasket until I finally realized that the adapter housing must be cracked (I finally saw that the leaking was occurring above the bolts for the transmission mount and not at the gasket and definitely not at the transmission).
I went to find the part number on the housing, but I couldn't locate it. I don't know if the numbers are covered by grease and dirt from the last few months. If anyone knows where I can find the casting number on the part, that would be helpful or if that this is the right number: 15724744.
The vehicle is a 2004 Chevy Silverado 1500 LS with 5.8L V8.
Thanks for the help.

You have the same transfer case as me, mine is to a tahoe in amazon it shows as compatible same part number, I just went under my truck to see if I could locate a part number but instead just discovered a leaking seal instead. Note I changed all the seals but the one that is leaking right now because it looked like a pain to remove.
Forgot to add mine is also a 2004 model year, not that it would matter.

Actually, it looks like you are missing one of the CV clamps on the boot, which means grease is coming out from the shaft and not fluid from the T-case (don't quote me on that because the seal could be bad too). I would remove the front driveshaft, clean and grease the splines and replace the CV clamps when putting it back on. The boot will slip off if you don't place them right.
