I'm hoping some one can help, I have a 99 6.0l with the long crank about and flat flexplate, wanting to mate a 2004r that was built with torque converter in hand the pilot sits in crank snout but the 3 holes need to be elongated...is there a flexplate that I can just purchase I've looked but haven't had much luck...or just buy the kit with everything and not use the spacer and bolts? Thanks for any help
Try contacting sponsor CircleD which sells a bunch of different flexplates and knows all the bolt patterns. I don't know if your stock flexplate is known to be stout or fragile; others here probably can give advice.
We are stocking dealers for Meziere which includes there billet flexplates.
These are TRUE billet 1 piece billet hardened steel flexplates(no bolt/weld in ring gears) and they are available for the same price point as the one MRVEDIT mentioned above.
For your application the flexplate will need the 6 bolt LS crank pattern and the factory 2004R converter pattern which is 10 3/4"
