Can this transcooler be refurbished

Look what Hayden sent me a damaged cooler.

I was thinking about cutting the bent area and slide tube over cut?

What do you Guys think.

I'd send it back to them and ask for another one. For how much a tube and fin cooler costs, there's no point to trying to fix that.

If I was stuck in the middle of the desert somewhere I'd strip all the fins off right where you wrote cutting the bent area, strip back to have enough tube to slide a hose over.

If it's new I'd send it back.
