In my rebuilding experience, the simple answer is no. The lack of speed sensor can be remedied with a new input drum & shaft, a new pump with sensor, and a new internal wiring harness.
Physically it will fit but you will need all the above mentioned if you want it to work properly. Without the speed sensor you will get code p0716 and/or p0717 which often cause harsh shifts and/or erratic shifts.
