Default 9kcd tag

Hi all, this is a truck related question but you all seem knowledgeable on the 4l60e. I have a 2002 4wd silverado that Has a tranny on the way out(metal in pan). I am going to rebuild it, which I have done before. I want to buy one, rebuild it and swap them out on same day.I found one on craigslist, it has a tag of 9kcd, denoting a build year of 1999. I believe that the input shaft length was changed around these years. Does anyone know if this 1999 will be an exact swap for my 2002? Thanks.

The K says it came out of a K series truck, which is a 4x4. I'd almost bet your original transmission says 2KCD,
