4l60e delayed shifts

4l60e delayed shifts Good morning, I recently finished building a 55 gmc with a 4.8/4l60e swapped into it.
the engine produces 400ish hp. The trans has a transgo hd2 shift kit and a corvette servo. Here is my problem...at light throttle the trans won't shift 1-2 until around 2500rpm, the more throttle the higher the shift point.. 1/2 throttle it shifts around 4000rpm and wide open throttle it won't shift until 7000rpm. When it does finally shift into second the 2-3 shifts happens too soon. Within a second or two.
I had the original 99 gmc harness from the truck I harvested the motor and trans from modified by a guy who knew my gear ratio, tire size, made, etc.
it like to adjust it to shift firmly but at normal or slightly higher than normal rpms, not screaming at every shift.
where have I screwed up?

the tuning was done by the same guy who modified my harness. He goes by the name coolmike22 on eBay. His feedback was good but he has zero after sales contact. So I have no idea what he did. I filed out his questionair regarding my setup and mods. It' been a frustrating situation dealing with him.
Your tune is screwed up. I see it all the time on hptuners forum. People post their tunes and for some reason the tire size is too often way off. Among other things.
If your speedometer works don't worry about the vss. Its not the problem.
