4l80 billet input shaft well this weekend broke the input shaft in my 4l80 trans who’s input shaft is everyone’s using, some input would be great before I purchase. Tia

Can we ask the setup and how you broke the shaft? Did you also explode the forward hub. I replace the hub anytime I replace the shaft

Setup is a supercharged 402 cars making lots of jam has a ucc converter no trans brake foot brake the car. It’s also heavy 3680 was going 1.28 1.26 60ft this past weekend on drag radials last test pass she launched then bang. Not sure if the drum is done as well trans isn’t apart yet will be soon just looking into my options for a billet shaft in the mean time

For your power i would say you definitely need a billet clutch hub if you don't have one already and probably an upgraded drum as well if you don't already have one of those as well.
