Could u take a file and clean it up?? Tht pocket just holds the check ***** in place. If u can clean it up and smooth it out it should be fine. Check the seperater plate. I bet it looks the same, if so toss it and do the hd-2 shift kit.

 

 

Throw the HD2 in the garbage where it belongs. About half the kit should be thrown away, 1/4 of it is decent parts, and 1/4 is the half *** way to do things that should be done internally.

Jakes kit is good if you want a set of instructions and parts all in a nice box. Glad you chose that over the HD2
