4L60 thrust bearings...replace or not?

4L60 thrust bearings...replace or not? The 4L60 from the '05 Yukon appears to have been rebuilt, it was very clean inside and I noticed tool marks on the accumulator cover. I needed to tear it down to install the 4WD output shaft but going in this far I will install a kit with additional 3-4 clutches, sun shell and TG HD2.
Are the thrust bearings a high wear item that should always be replaced like the clutches?

Scope creep haha, another 30 bucks....
Honestly I really want to get it on the road and this is my first auto build, even though I am confident I will be fine, if something goes wrong I won't know until the body swap is complete. Same with the 180K mile 5.3, I installed gaskets and seals and that's it. If the 5.3 blows up, and after doing all the hard work with this swap, I would be looking for a 4gen 6.0/6L80.
