Question Flexplate????

I am ready to assemble my long crank LQ4 to my 84 Corvette 700R4.I have been reading all these post and one seams to conflict with another.Which flywheel do i need in order to button these together so i can drop it in?

You need a flat flexplate so either use ATP-z270 (non-sfi) or JW 93019-LSC (sfi but much more costly). I have the JW flexplate in my car and it has two bolt patterns so you'll need to figure out what bolt pattern would be best for the converter you are going to run. If you tell the converter company your setup, you should have no problems, just make sure the pilot is cut down.

U can use a flat 4l80e flexplate. Remove the crank spacer since your already using a longer oe crank.

U may have to oblong tq conv bolt holes to match up.
