Default Bad TCC tune?

So I’ve been getting shuddering and clunking from my torque converter when I coast from 25 mph - 50mph only at those speeds. I was told it’s a tune issue and that the stall is locking at too low of speeds, I got it tuned and the guy recommended to have it only lock above 75 mph or WOT. I know zero about converters so I said sure. Got the car yesterday and it does the same shuddering and clunking at the same speeds but sounds a little worse? Also I went WOT and when it tried to shift it was very sloppy, then it tried upshifting again, and bounced off the rev limiter like I was in neutral. Also it’s an LS2 swapped ws6 3 inch headers, fast intake, and cammed. On the dyno it made 288 rwhp. I was shocked that it made so little. Maybe because the torque converter is bad? Or maybe the tune is bad? I’m just lost right now on what to do. The torque converter has only about 10k miles on it according to what the previous owner told me he also said it has a “small stall” and a brake.

Sounds like you're tuner is not too bright. Just tell him but the converter settings back to stock and see how it drives.
