4l70e? Hello,
I am building a 6.0 LS S-10. I am not sure if I have a 4L60 OR 4L70.
The code on the trans is....8LFD. RPO code was M30. Some say this is a 4L70. It has the 15 pin
black plug.
My question is if it is a 2008 4L70 will it work with my 2002 Trans Am wiring harness
and the 0411 ECM that I have to use in the S-10.

2008 unit will work , 2009 up will not, the 09 up did away with the manifold pressure switch and 3-2 solenoid
Some 07 and all O8 up has an input speed sensor but your pcm is not pined for it so makes no difference should be plug in play for you.
