Jakes Performance does trans and converter
FTI does trans and converter
PTC does converter

That's where I would start.

@Drumbo we do 400 swap packages all the time! We can help with the trans, converter, flexplate, drive shaft, cross member, cooler, and fluid.

pretty much everything you need aside from the shifter.

Dalton, thanks for the reply! I have a bmr crossmember, flexplate & hub adapter installed. Looking to buy your level 3 th400 and a converter, but have some questions if you would be so kind. I've been reading about forward pattern vs. rmvb and seems as though it's 50/50 with other members, car will see mostly street. Suggestions?

Then as far as converter, the car is stock 6.0 with stock cam, rod bolts & upgraded valve springs. 3.42 rear and, probably run enough boost to hit the 7-800hp mark. Point me in the right direction.

Your cross member will need to be for the Th400, if it was for a 4L60 or manual trans it will be different.

Do you have future plans to upgrade the trans and go to transbrake? If so i would do a reverse pattern now so you're not having to change your shifter later on. If not and you would like to retain the engine braking feature then i would go with the forward pattern. For the converter I'd like to plan for future transbrake if that is a plan. If not then we can do our SR series with a turbo stator. Guessing the car weighs around 3300lbs?

The crossmember is from bmr for the th400, and relocated the torque arm off the trans. Knowing myself I will always be upgrading and making changes so I guess reverse pattern & trans brake make sense.

As for the converter I would say the car will be closer to 3700#
