Running a FLT Stage 4/Circle D 5C behind a 416 LS3.

What flexplate do you guys recommend?

Also, ARP bolts or stockers?

Just wound up going with the TCI 399753, seems like that's a proven plate.

This^^^^^^^^ and it comes with the bolts but we still used ARP on ours because theirs looked like grade 5.. It comes with the adaptor too if you don't have a LS specific converter.
