I just went and picked up a 4l60e tranny out of a 1996 Z28, to put in my 92 Camaro. I am pulling a 5.3l out of a 03 Silverado and was curious if the 96 4l60e will bolt directly up to the 03 5.3l? If it doesn’t what do I need? Any advice will help. Thank you.

 

yes. the case will physically bolt up
you will need to read the sticky on torque converters in this section to get the right combo to fit.

also...this is your first post...and these questions have been answered plenty of times...not only on this forum but all over the internet. Do a search next time. Read the stickies.
