NSS wiring How do the wires on pins 11+12 get their 12v power from. Meaning - are they connected to the PCM directly somewhere ? I cant find a schematic for this.

Both of those wires come from the bussed electrical center (specifically a fuse called Ignition 1)
Power (+12V) is sent through those wires when the ignition switch is turned on through the fuse called: ignition 1 in the fuse panel (bussed electrical center).
Some vehicles have an underhood buss (UBEC), some have an instrument panel buss (IPBEC), and some have both.
Inspect your bussed electrical centers for this fuse and you will find power to test for.

An older Chevy will often have a combined neutral safety and backup lights switch bolted to the bottom of the steering column just above the drivers feet. Find a wiring diagram for your model of older Chevy and replicate those two circuits. Works great on my 70 Chevy El Camino.

My older chevy was a 57. I dont believe it had reverse lights ..... just a column mounted switch for left and right indicators and lights on.
I think it was more how to find via a schematic where those wires 11 + 12 go to ............ and how to read it
Original truck was a 2007 H2.
Only schematic I could find was one talking about a signal wire on C1 34 ....... but nothing about wires 11 + 12 for power.
