Default Transmission Mount doesn't align?

I have a 98 z28 with an iron block, ICT solid mounts, th350 trans, jegs poly trans mount (energy was out of stock when I ordered), and a midwest chassis cross-member. My trans mount does sit anywhere near the crossmember. Should I try to build a spacer to go between the crossmember and the mount or should I do something else to fix it? I tried looking through old posts and didn't find much.

As in...the hole is too far forward/too far back
Or it sits too low and there is just a gap?

The mount just sits too high.

check angles. Make sure driveshaft and pinion angles are happy...shim/adjust the trans mount as needed.
