Default 6l80e Shifter options

I have a 6l80e and am looking for shifter options. I am about to buy a column too. Is there a column shifter or floor shifter(aftermarket) for these?
Anyone already been through this?

I really don't mean to be rude...but did you do a search? Even a google search.
There are multiple options out there for 6l80e floor shifters. Both with and without "tap to shift" options.
the shift pattern on a 6l80e is P-R-N-D-M and it is cable style
So any powerglide style shifer will work if you can match up the shifter throw to the manual shaft movement angle.
Same goes for column shift...ididit has column shifters for apaches

What exactly are you looking for help with?

No Problem, thanks for asking MaroonMonsterS1.
I did a search and found the SpearTech shifter with tap and it is out of a GTO or something and seems to be a very limited (mounting option) modern shifter. I called Ididit and they said they do not support the 6l80e column shifter. That's when I had a 'I better start asking around' moment. I'll look into the power glide shifters.

If Ididit supports a cable style shifter for a powerglide...or th400...or 4l60e...etc. Any cable style...then you can get it to work with a 6l80e.
You just need to be sure that the shifter arm lengths are complimentary so that the detents in the column match the detents inside the trans.

Gotcha. I'm sure adjustable shifter arms from Lokar would fix that.

Yep...or just an arm with a slot cut in it that you can adjust the lever length with. Really not too hard.
