4L60E 2nd gear?

4L60E 2nd gear? I have just finished rebuilding my 4L60E. It's in the daily driver. In drive everything seems fine it shifts through all the gears nicely. But when I put it in 2 it is slow to engage as opposed to the other gears. Drive, 3, and 1 all engage immediately. But in 2 you have to get the rpms up before it moves. The 3-4 clutches where burnt and I changed the Piston also.
Shift points are between 1800 and 2200 rpm. The speedometer on the dash doesn't read anything but the speed can be measured on my obd tester. So it seems as though the speed sensor is working and the dash unit is bad.
Any ideas what happening or did I miss something?

Might be because with the shifter in 2nd it starts in 2nd. All other gears 1, 3, 4, it starts in 1st.
3.06 Doesn't take much to get moving while 1.63 (2nd) will take some throttle.
I guess. You describe one problem in two ways. Slow to engage and have to get the rpm up to move are different symptoms. Can you put it in 2nd and hit the gas and it moves? If so nothings wrong.
If you put it in 2nd and hit the gas and it doesn't move for several seconds and then starts then that may be a problem.
