4l60e shift flare or bind??
4l60e shift flare or bind?? Hey guys I’ve been trying to get the 2-3 shift right on my 4l60e with the servo band clearance, band release hole, and 3rd apply hole. I’ve attached a link to a video I made. Does the 2-3 shift sound like it’s flaring or binding?
I installed the trans go hd2 kit. I’m not sure how to figure out at this point if it’s a flare or bind. It was hitting the rev limiter before so it was flaring. It isn’t hitting the rev limiter now so I’m thinking it’s binding. If it is I was thinking of opening the band release hole a bit more. The servo is at .063” so from what I’ve been told on here that’s about where you want to be.
