Rear stator bushing removal

Tried searching but had no luck. Can you please share your method for removing the rear stator support- sealing bushing on a 4l60e Thank you

From: Iowa

long punch and drive from opposite side.
OR
blind bushing puller.

I prefer the latter, but I've used the former method before when needed
