4l80e unplugged?

Can i run my own rebuilt 4l80e unplugged to see any issue or leaks and read pressures? I just finished a swap th350 to a 4l80e . I will install all the wiring later, easy tcu whit paddle shifter😎3500 stall torque converter, Jake's recalibration kit...what happens when it's not connected?

unplugged 4l80e will be MAX line pressure and only 2nd gear. No TCC.

Does it can damage the trans ? I will just check on the lift ,no road test... thanks

I would like To check if i have well assembled the transmission. I did a complete dismantling and change worn parts only... i would like to know if i have to remove the trans. (Hope not)...
install all the wiring will take me a lot of hour for a clean installation ... im just curious now that everything mecanical is done...it on my lift for all the winter...
