Accumulator bushing?

Default Accumulator bushing?

I'm in the process of installing the Transgo Shift Improvement kit (Orange Box) into my 4L60e. I'm to the point where you need to match your 2nd Piston to your 1-2 Accumulator bushing/sleeve. Problem I'm having is that at some point, the transmission was replaced with a Jasper transmission. The bushing Jasper used does not have a GM code stamped on it. There is a 4 and 100 on the Jasper bushing. Is there a way to identify what bushing type I have?

Use the white spring. regardless of the sleeve.
The accumulator valve regulates the amount of pressure in the accumulator oil circuit.
stiffer spring=firmer shifts.
The white is the softest spring. Transgo has you match the accumulator spring to the servo because a larger servo will have a firmer 1-2 shift...that's why the "093" aka corvette servo is matched to the white spring.
You really don't need a stiffer spring or extra pressure in the accumulator circuit. You also don't want to use any of the silly shims in the 1-2 accumulator.
the 1-2 in a 60e with increased line pressure and a larger servo is usually plenty firm without extra effort to make it firm.

As for the 3-4 shift that is also affected by the accumulator valve spring...just block the accumulator entirely. It's nearly impossible to make a 4th gear shift TOO firm in a 4l60e.

This is a TransGo Shift kit, not the HD2. Measure the accumulator valve diameter at both ends of the valve that is in this bushing. State the dimensions and we can tell you which spring to use here when using this kit. Are you using the Corvette servo here? What is the intent of this vehicle? Add the TransGo .500" boost valve to this. What torque converter diameter and stall? Anything done to the motor? Rear end gear ratio? With the correct information, you can tailor the kit to what you have and how you drive. I will help you with that.

This transmission is in my 2 door Tahoe. At work right now, so I don't have the measurements for the bushing. I have a Corvette servo that is going on with this shift kit. I'm going with this kit to fix the P1870 code and hopefully firm up the shifts a little. This vehicle doesn't see high RPM, only some light off-roading.
