Rossler th400 with brake, no reverse?

Rossler th400 with brake, no reverse? Hey guys, I’v run in to an issue and would like to see if anybody has any ideas. I have a brand new Rossler th400 Terminator 3 with their Direct Port transbrake. The transbrake has a black and red wire coming out of it. Black wire is to ground. A good solid ground. Red wire has 12v power to it. The fitting with the wires are coming out of the transmission case itself and not the pan. I finally got the car fired up yesterday. I have an LS motor with Holley computer so we just got a base tune sent in yesterday. The transmission will move the car forward, but not reverse. The transbrake button does nothing in Reverse, neutral, or first gear. Switch is good. Can someone give me some ideas what I’m missing here? Rossler not open til Monday so can’t ask them at the moment.

Can you give is any more details about the transmission/ valve-body/ trans-brake...
Model numbers or instructions? Forward or reverse shift pattern? With or without engine braking, and in which gears?
Some Trans-Brake Valve-bodies do require solenoid activation for reverse, and some do not.
You are going to check if it shifts third gear properly and "Manual low/ first gear"

Sounds like the solenoid isn't activating to me. Have you put a test light on it to make sure you have power at the wires going into the case? If so I would check power at the wiring going into the solenoid in the pan next.

Got it sorted today. This valve body requires neutral position on the shifter for reverse but also had 2 broken wire connectors that were plugging in to the transbrake plug. Crimper tool cut the wire right through. I’m happy to say I now have reverse and a working transbrake
