You jumped onto a thread from 2007 about THM350/ THM400 transmissions and dropped your unclear question...
Matching up to what???
To the crankshaft flange?
To the crank/ converter pilot hole?
To the torque converter pilot hole?
To the torque converter mounting pads?
And for all of those...
Are we talking radius of the location of a bolt hole?
Are we talking spacing away from the crank, or spacing away from the torque converter?

With a stock torque converter a '98 to 2002 LS1 f-body, or '99 and up truck flexplate that had a 4.8, 5.3, 6.0 and 4L60/65/70E should bolt right up. Like the one out of the 2002 Yukon, should bolt right up to everything.
BUT..... Do you know if this transmission works? Can you exchange it for one that will just bolt up to an LS engine?
The correct thing to do is get an LS type transmission. If you go swapping parts you're going to get into a full rebuild, which as seen on this site usually ends up with a non working transmission.
Yes it can work. IT'S NOT WORTH ADAPTING. Please get a transmission that already has the correct parts.
Did you but any chance get this from a supplier in florida? I've seen ads on c raigslist that show a picture of a transmission just like that, wrong bellhousing/input shaft combination.
