Default 4l60e no check engine light shifting issue

2002 Pontiac firebird. I bought this vehicle knowing it needed work, but as I found problems I'm realizing it points to transmission. When I bought the vehicle it was shifting in 1st and 2nd pretty high 1st shifts kinda normal sometimes and others it will go to 3500 before shifting again no check engine light. 2nd I can hold to the floor and it won't shift till I let off the pedal and allow it to shift but now it's starting to do this alittle in 3rd and 4th. I can stop at a light shifting great then all of a sudden it doesnt wanna shift it's like I'm riding the clutch in a manual, but it goes nowhere till about 4th 5th gear then she takes off. I hear what sounds like a shield(metal) shaking every so often but I only hear it when I'm on the gas pedal. Obviously I'm no professional but I know it's not good. I have solenoid shift kit and accumulator 1-2. But as I'm reading it says the sun gear causes pressure problems and I think that's what I'm having... pressure problems. Any help is good help. Thanks

Could you please retype these parts of your post in complete sentences, including the proper punctuation.

We would like to help you, however this is unclear and unnecessarily difficult to follow. Thanks.

mentioned 5th gear...which this transmission does not have

sun gear pressure issues

solenoid shift kit

1-2 accumulator...just cuz it was fun to mention. No detail at all

I don't say this very often, but based on what I just read, you either need to
A. make your statements and questions very clear if you want good help
B. put the wrenches down and take this thing to a shop. It will likely cost you less time and money in the long run after you try 7 different things that don't fix the issue

Sun-gear pressure...

Are we talkin' lateral thrust? Rotational? Compressive? or maybe thermally expansive?

Damn pressures!

There is only one place I like to feel some pressure.
