The "FitzAll" valve-train is not intended to move... This is its intended purpose.

It needs to seal circuits that would cross-leak with a worn stock valve-train.
The O-rings must fit well... lube them, and do not tear them.

Gotcha. When I put the smaller o rings in, they were kinda tight but I was able to ease them threw. I did put tranny fluid on the orings so we'll see how it all work shortly.

That should be fine.
O-rings can be an exception for assembling the valve-train (they may tear otherwise without lubrication).

A word of warning though...

Do NOT assemble an entire valve-body using ATF or Oil, Etc...

Assemble the valve-body with all components as clean as possible.
Even cheap "Brake-Parts Cleaner" can be used.
Keep the valve-train components as "dry" as possible.

ONLY if necessary:
Use an absolute minuscule amount of lube, like WD40 (DO NOT USE MUCH... DO NOT GET ENOUGH WD40 MIXED WITH THE ATF).

Normally a healthy valve-body and all valve-train components should assemble normally, when completely clean and dry.

Using ATF to assembly the valve-body will attract contaminants/ debris, and cause issues/ damage, stuck valve-train, Etc...

Some of the Older Transmission Parts Houses sell a lube-stick...
Kinda like a glue-stick/ chap-stick... I don't care for it.

Sonnax seems to still sell some also... but it was originally a product intended for lubricating different types of locks and door parts.
Here is one of the original products:

Here is a repackaged Sonnax product:

LMAO!
