Default Is this useable?

Upon tear down I got agitated and like a dumbass broke a piece off the pump, upon assembly I seen this, can I run it or new case time?

I don't see what's wrong in the first picture and in the second picture if you mean what looks like pry damage at the front of the case you can file that flat if nothing is cracked.

At least from what I can see in the Photos...

That can be cleaned up.
As said by: MikeTX... that can be filed-down; and then the case must be flat-sanded with a "Wet-Stone".
Otherwise "cross-leaks" will occur.

If you are not comfortable doing this... take it to a transmission shop.
Show them what you did... and pay to have the case and valve-body "trued".

Both the valve-body and the case must have their surfaces "Trued"/ flat to ensure proper sealing.
No "High-Spots" and give both surfaced a good going over with a large "Wet-Stone/ Soap-Stone" from a "home-improvement" type of store.
