4l60e not shifting into 3rd I have a 2002 auto camaro z28 1st and second gear are perfect fluid was cherry red but it doesnt shift into third and also the speedo does not work is there any way the speedo has something to do with it not shifting into 3rd or is it just that the clutch packs are worn out
it also has a couple of chewed up wires due to a rat problem so im thinking it could be some

Can't tell if this is a troll post or not.
Assuming it is not...
you need to
A. fix any and all wiring because that may fix the speedo issue and shifting issue
B. use a nice scanner to view live data and see what is being commanded
C. if A/B don't fix any issues, you need to do a line pressure check and we can go from there
