Default 4l60 WOT

Hello everyone,
I have ls3 with big cam heads FBO with 4l60

am wondering if there is any way to improve 1-2 shift when wot RPM drop from 6300rpm to 4000rpm

also 2-3 shift rpm drop from 6000 rpm to 4000 rpm or 3900.

I really feel the car loss a lot off power when shifting
and then start gain power with rpm going back up over 4500rpm

so it’s not possible for 1-2 shift rpm stay between 6300rpm to 5000rpm

some friends told me u can’t do much it’s 4l60.
And they recommend me to swap to 6l80

Thankyou
MJ

This can be done with the correct type of Torque-Converter.

Reach out to Our Sponsor FTI Performance, and ask for Dalton.

That problem absolutley can be fixed like stated by vorteciroc.

Here is what it will look like with the correct converter to match your setup.

This is my car with specs in sig.

I almost forgot...

When you talk to Dalton about a Torque-Converter; you need to talk to him about the "Shift-Extension" of the Torque-Converter.
This "Shift-Extention" is what changes the WOT RPM drop after a shift.
